In the construction market in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the OSC industry, which is processed and assembled in a factory, is in the spotlight due to the development of technology, compared to the past field-oriented construction. have. Most of OSC industry-related research and academic materials are focused on construction technology and management, and the expert group is positive about its introduction. On the other hand, but various problems have been caused by opposition from parents. Therefore, this study intends to explore ways to revitalize the OSC industry by investigation the perception of groups of experts and users.
